A man distracted by his cell phone got struck in the face by a ground rule double at yesterday's ballgame between the Yankees and the Mariners... and it was all caught on tape! 'Early Show' correspondent Jeff Glor takes us through the play-by-play as the ball bounces down the foul line and up into the stands, smacking the unsuspecting fan squarely in the face.
'The Early Show' studio fills with chuckling as the crew starts to lose composure. "You gotta go hands-free at the game, right?" asks Glor, "It just seems like the right thing to do." Off camera, anchor Harry Smith calls the fan an "Idiot," Holding up his hands as if to rein it all in, "Let's get cooler heads to prevail. I'll take you guys out a little later for some salad... and we'll just call it a day and review this morning's show."
