Should you fear your next stadium hot dog? 'Good Morning America' examines the food safety violations that are stacking up at virtually all of the major league venues across the US and Canada. According to a report by ESPN's 'Outside the Lines,' a majority of food establishments at the 107 major league venues have incurred "critical violations."

One food service manager has come forward to share cell phone video of the safety violations he comes in contact with on a daily basis. GMA footage shows carts where raw chicken is stored above cooked chicken. Then the anonymous manager shares a gross-out story about a cook who was bleeding into a pot of soup; "He thought it was OK that he just gonna get the blood that he could see in the clear soup out, and he was going to serve the rest." The soup was thrown out.
