Now that the wedding is off, Levi Johnston is rekindling his feud with the Palin family by retracting his public apology. 'Early Show' correspondent Betty Nguyen sits down with Levi to try to understand why he issued the apology in the first place. According to Betty, "You have apologized, in fact, to the Palin family, saying 'I hope to one day restore your trust.'" When she asks why he released the statement, Levis explains, "That was something I did to make my fiancée happy."

Levi then declines to discuss who wrote the apology, but indicates that it may have been his former fiancée, Bristol. "Trust me, it's easier to make them happy. I'm telling you. You gotta live with them, you gotta make 'em happy," Levi explains. "I don't really regret anything, but the only thing I wish I wouldn't have done was to put out that apology."
