Regis and Kelly's lack of wine knowledge is put on display during this morning's edition of 'Live.' Executive producer Michael Gelman has arranged for Regis and Kelly to sample some vino during the show, but can't resist making fun of them in the process. Obviously unprepared, Regis asks, "Oh, today's the day where I explore the wine?" Kelly seems disappointed that the glass of wine on her desk wasn't simply for her enjoyment, "Is that why this is here?"

When Kelly asks if this is the wine from her dressing room, Gelman replies "No," to a round of laughter from the audience. Trying to show off, Regis asks, "Is this a Riesling, Gelman?" With a mocking laugh, Gelman replies, "No Regis, it's a sparkling wine as you can tell by the bubbles." After determining that champagne comes from France, Regis is ready to move one.
