Each year, more and more teenagers choose to go under the knife to combat the insecurities they have about their physical appearance. 'Good Morning America' correspondent Lisa Ling chronicles the story of 18-year-old Caitlin Clemens as she elects to undergo a breast augmentation. As footage shows a photo of Caitlin from a high school dance, she tells Ling, "I felt pretty, but I didn't want to draw more attention to what I didn't have." At just 18, Clemens feels surgery is the best way to overcome what she sees as her physical shortcomings.
