Cleveland Indians pitcher Justine Siegal has thrown professional sports a curveball by becoming the first woman to ever pitch in spring training. 'Good Morning America' anchor Juju Chang chronicles Siegal's historic trip to the mound. "Spring training isn't just for the boys or the men anymore, not since 36-year-old Justine Siegal took the mound, becoming the first woman to pitch batting practice in the major leagues," Chang explains as footage shows Siegal at batting practice.

According to Chang, "She wore a patch on her sleeve honoring Christina Taylor Greene, the 9-year-old killed in Tucson last month who was the only girl on her little league team." Siegal is reportedly slated to pitch against the A's in an exhibition game on Wednesday.
