On this morning's 'Live,' Regis shares the results of an earth-shattering survey about world's funniest and least funny nationalities. "Who do you think, of all the nationalities of the world, who do you think has ... the least sense of humor?" Regis asks. Kelly repeats the question as she carefully considers her answer. "According to what?" she asks. To which Regis replies, "According to a survey I've got right here in my hand!"
"I have a theory but I don't want to say, because I don't want to alienate anybody and make them feel unfunny," Kelly explains. "Well the funniest are Americans, followed by Spaniards," Regis says matter-of-factly. Citing a British survey that canvassed 30,000 people from around the globe, Regis explains that "Germans are the least funny people in the world." As Kelly disagrees, a German audience member exclaims, "Yah!"
